Mements ("Mements", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, how it is shared, and the choices available to you when you use the Mements application ("App").
Mements is designed to collect information necessary to provide account functionality, community features, push notifications, crash reporting, diagnostics, and operation of the App.

Mements allows users to post comments on content available in the App.

Mements uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, both provided by Google, for application diagnostics, crash analysis, and improving App stability.

Mements may associate Analytics information with a Mements/Supabase user identifier when the user is signed in.

Crashlytics may process crash reports, stack traces, relevant application state, device and operating system information, App version information, installation identifiers, diagnostic information, and the Mements/Supabase user identifier associated with the account when a user is signed in.
Mements uses Crashlytics to identify and resolve crashes, errors, and technical problems and to improve App stability.
Mements uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications.
FCM may process a device or app-specific registration token and related technical information necessary to deliver notifications.
Mements uses FCM tokens for providing push notification functionality.
Google Analytics for Firebase provides event and screen information that may be used by Firebase Crashlytics as breadcrumb information.
These breadcrumbs can help Mements understand the sequence of interactions that occurred before a crash or technical problem.
Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are used by Mements for application diagnostics, crash analysis, and improving App stability.

Mements does not authorize these services to use Mements account information for advertising on our behalf.

Account deletion does not necessarily cause information already processed by independent third-party services, such as Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics, to be immediately deleted. Such information is subject to the applicable third-party service's retention policies and technical processes.
Mements provides users with an in-app reporting feature that allows them to report images, videos, and comments that they believe may contain malicious, harmful, inappropriate, abusive, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
Users can submit a report directly through the App.
Reported content may be reviewed and investigated by Mements.
If, following our review, we determine that content violates applicable laws, our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or otherwise contains malicious, harmful, inappropriate, or prohibited material, we may remove or take down the reported content and take other appropriate action.
Depending on the circumstances, Mements may also take action against accounts responsible for violating our rules, including restricting or terminating access to the App.
We may retain information reasonably necessary to investigate reports, enforce our policies, protect users, and prevent abuse or repeated violations.
