Mements ("Mements", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and the choices available to you when you use the Mements iOS application ("App").
Mements is designed to collect only the information necessary to provide account and community functionality.

Mements uses Supabase for authentication and backend services. Depending on the sign-in method and information provided by the authentication provider, your name and email address may be received and stored for the purpose of creating and managing your Mements account.

When a user deletes their Mements account, Mements deletes the user's personal account data from its Supabase backend. No personal user account data is retained in Supabase after account deletion, except for anonymized comments as described in this Privacy Policy.

Mements does not retain your personal account data after account deletion.
Comments are retained solely to preserve existing community discussions and are displayed without your previous identifying profile information.
Mements provides users with an in-app reporting feature that allows them to report images, videos, and comments that they believe may contain malicious, harmful, inappropriate, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited content.
Users can submit a report directly through the App.
Reported content may be reviewed and investigated by Mements. If, following our review, we determine that the content violates applicable laws, our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or otherwise contains malicious, harmful, inappropriate, or prohibited material, we may remove or take down the reported content and take other appropriate action.
Depending on the circumstances, Mements may also take action against accounts responsible for violating our rules, including restricting or terminating access to the App.
We may retain information reasonably necessary to investigate reports, enforce our policies, protect users, and prevent abuse or repeated violations.
Mements is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
