Welcome to Mements. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mements mobile application ("Mements", "App", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using Mements, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Mements is a meme and entertainment platform where users can view images and videos provided by Mements and participate in the community by posting comments.
Mements currently does not allow users to upload images or videos. Images and videos displayed within the App are uploaded or managed by Mements.
Mements is currently provided without advertisements and is not monetized.
You must be legally permitted to use Mements under the laws applicable to you.
By using Mements, you represent that the information you provide during account creation is accurate and that you are using the App for lawful purposes.
If you are using Mements on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

By posting a comment on Mements, you grant Mements a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that comment within the App and as reasonably necessary to operate and promote Mements.
This license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, including where comments remain visible after account deletion in anonymized form.
Mements is intended to be an entertaining and respectful community.
You must not use Mements to post, share, promote, or engage in content or activity that:

Mements may review, moderate, restrict, or remove comments and other content that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Mements will review reported content and determine whether action is appropriate.
If we determine that reported content violates these Terms, applicable law, or our policies, we may remove or restrict access to that content and may take action against the account responsible for it.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed. Mements makes moderation decisions at its reasonable discretion.
All images, videos, graphics, branding, logos, design elements, text, and other content provided by Mements, except content that belongs to third parties, are owned by Mements or used with appropriate authorization, licensing, or attribution.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use Mements-owned content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Where third-party content is used with attribution or permission, the rights remain with the applicable copyright or rights holder.
If you believe that content displayed on Mements infringes your intellectual property rights, you may report it through the App or contact us.
We may remove content that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights.
If you believe a user comment infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may report the comment through the App or contact us with information sufficient to identify the content and explain the alleged infringement.
We will review legitimate reports and may remove or restrict access to content where appropriate.
Repeated or serious infringement may result in restrictions or termination of the responsible user's account.
Mements provides users with the ability to delete their account directly from within the App. You do not need to contact customer support to request account deletion.

We make no warranties that Mements will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or appropriateness of comments posted by users.
User comments represent the views of the users who post them and do not necessarily represent the views of Mements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mements and its owners, operators, developers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
This includes, where permitted by law, losses arising from:
