Delete your account

This page lets you request deletion of your Mements account and associated personal data without reinstalling or opening the app.

Account deletion is permanent. Once your deletion request has been processed, your account and associated personal data covered by our deletion policy cannot generally be recovered.

What happens when you submit a request?

  1. Complete the account deletion form below.
  2. We review the request and verify the information provided where necessary.
  3. We process deletion of your Mements account and associated personal data.
  4. We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligations.

Information requested

The form asks for information such as the email address associated with your Mements account, username or account identifier where available, and confirmation that you want your account deleted. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Data deletion and retention

Mements will delete the account and associated personal data covered by its account-deletion policy after a valid deletion request is processed. Some limited information may be retained where there is a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reason to do so. See the Privacy Policy for details.
