Delete your Mements account
Request deletion of your Mements account and associated personal data, without reinstalling or opening the app.
Account deletion is permanent. Once your deletion request has been processed, your account and the associated personal data covered by our deletion policy generally cannot be recovered.
Delete in the app
Open Mements, go to Settings and tap Delete My Account. Confirm, and your account is deleted. No need to contact support.

Information requested
The form asks for information such as the email address associated with your Mements account, your username or account identifier where available, and confirmation that you want your account deleted.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
